Viña Ijalba offers you, just a short walk from Logroño, a unique visit where you will enjoy a complete explanation of the cultivation of the vineyard and the winemaking process following organic and environmentally friendly techniques.
organic and environmentally friendly techniques. The tour begins in our natural museum of native varieties, a small vineyard next to the entrance of the winery, which contains all the traditional varieties and many others recovered with which the history of Rioja has been written.
We then continue to the vineyard, located around the winery, where you will learn about the viticultural work that takes place throughout the year. We will continue following the same process as the grapes in the winery, visiting the fermentation tanks and the barrel room.
During the visit we will introduce you to La Rioja, its Denominación de Origen Calificada, the peculiarities of our winery and vineyards and the secrets of our organic winemaking. The visit will end with a tasting of three organic wines and a Rioja aperitif.
